This year we’d like to invite you to ‘Come and See’ Easter. Whether you’re familiar with the Easter story or it’s totally new to you, come and discover what it’s all about. We’ll explore some of the themes of darkness and light as we move from the story of the cross to the joy of the resurrection.
On the afternoon of Good Friday, we have a hands-on exploration of the Easter Story, including pony rides, Easter crafts (maybe even an Easter egg or two). We will spend time between The Anchor, St Mary’s and NPBC – with different activities and treats at each one.

- Easter Trail – Combined Whitby Churches event – 3 April at 2pm – 4.30 pm, starting at The Anchor Church
- “Come and See the Risen Lord” Easter Sunday Service – 5 April – 10 am
