Leadership Team

Lynda looks after our Pastoral Care ministries, and alongside her husband Alistair looks after our Small Groups and Anchor Aweigh – our ministry for those who are over 60.

Kathryn looks after our church communication and is on our staff team.

Sandy looks after our Sunday Services team – doing the big job of looking after the wonderful team who keep everything running smoothly on a Sunday morning.

Andrea leads our Youth and Young Adult Ministries.

Chris has been serving in Children’s ministry for a lot of years now. She joined the staff team in February 2013 and heads up the Children and Families Ministry at The Anchor.  Chris leads the Sunday Morning Anchor Kids team, and she also serves on the Mainly Music team helping to lead sessions on Wednesday (and occasionally Thursday as well). Chris is passionate about teaching and learning alongside the children and young people who will be our next generation of church…

Erin leads an awesome team that runs two Mainly Music sessions each week.  She cares deeply for all our preschoolers in our community.

Geoff looks after our mission relationships and also leads our community engagement team.
