Andrew Stewart
Andrew and Sue moved to the Porirua area in 1996 and started attending the church in Mana before it relocated to Whitby. Andrew is a Freelance Sound Mixer in the Television and Events Industry, and they have a family of two, Kate and Jack. Along with being an Elder, Andrew has a passion to teach God’s word in a way that all those who hear can understand and apply it to their lives.
Bruce Stormer
Bruce has been attending since 1993, when it was still Mana Bible Chapel. Bruce is married to Ruth and has a family of four, Nicole, Luke, Tom and Josh As well as being an elder, Bruce is a director in a Chartered Accountancy firm and serves as a trustee in several charitable trusts. He has a passion for missions and leadership.
Alistair Eves
Alistair and Lynda are our longest standing church members and serve in many areas of the church. They have four adult children and many grandchildren! Alistair serves as part of the eldership team and takes care of our church buildings. They also look after our Small Groups and Pastoral Care team – among other things.
Eric Ulm
Eric joined us in 2017 after moving to New Zealand from the States. He is married to Chana and they have four adult children. Eric is part of the eldership team and also leads our Tools and Training team – ensuring we have quality resources available to us as we seek to become more like Jesus. In his day job Eric is a professor of Actuarial Science at Victoria University.
