Our vision is to work alongside mission partners and to be a mission minded church passionately involved in winning others for Christ.

This reinforces the Commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28:19 to go and make disciples of all nations.  We are keen to see vibrant groups of God’s people established in local communities and we see no difference between mission in our own community/country and overseas.

We also know that indigenous people are often most effective when working in their own culture so we work in partnership with indigenous Christians to assist and support them to become effective in their own communities.  They are often involved in communities we may never have the opportunity or ability to reach. We also believe that we are called to go and be involved in what God is doing around the world.

Mission Partners

To support this we actively support key partners here is New Zealand and internationally – in places like Myanmar, India, France, Central America and UK.

Some of our partners include Delhi Bible Institute, Freeset, the Myanmar Centre for Theological Studies, Ray Cooper, and Scripture Union.

We also support people to take short term mission opportunities to grow our understanding and involvement in missions.  We have supported people to go to Fiji, Vanuatu, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Nepal, and Brazil.
