It’s going good so far. My flights were easy, it’s impossible to get lost in Singapore despite my fears, I was sitting next to really nice people and my ears didn’t even pop.
India is HOT! Its really sunny although sometimes windy too which is nice.
The orphanage is cool. All the girls are amazing. They’re gorgeous and just so full of joy, I don’t think I’ve ever seen children so happy which is crazy considering the circumstances and amazing.
Phyliss and Sarah are really nice too. They are really welcoming and have been looking after me really well.
Yesterday I pretty much just got a tour caught up on sleep and hung out with some of the girls, and they all welcomed me in the evening.
Today I’ve been teaching english at the school which I think I’ll be doing a lot of and helping set up some classrooms.
I’m quite overwhelmed because everything is so different and theres so many new faces and young people who are amazingly capable and its amazing and scary.
